Trust & safety screening
Pros can create a profile and quote nearby requests now. Before traveling to or starting a paid job, required screening and Stripe onboarding must be confirmed.
- Verified ID
- Background checked
- Stripe payout ready
- Insurance encouraged or verified
- Helpers registered, screened and linked to the job before paid work
Grab-A-Mow requires screening to improve trust, but homeowners should still use normal safety precautions.
Insurance resources for pros
General liability insurance is strongly preferred for Grab-A-Mow pros and may be required before accepting commercial properties, snow removal, higher-risk work, or any job where the customer asks for proof of insurance.
Insurance is not a fee to apply. Pros choose and pay providers directly. A certificate of insurance may be requested before certain jobs go live, especially business, landlord, HOA, or snow-service requests.
Grab-A-Mow does not sell insurance, act as an insurance broker or agent, provide insurance advice, or guarantee any policy. Coverage, eligibility, cost, and availability are determined by each provider and state law. Some insurance links are affiliate links and may support Grab-A-Mow at no extra cost to the pro.
Optional pro gear
Grab-A-Mow shirts, collared polos, hats, sweatshirts, and hoodies are available for pros and crews who want a clean, recognizable job-site look.
Gear is optional and does not replace insurance, background checks, licensing, safe work, or professional conduct.
Pros can use Tax & earnings to track yearly Grab-A-Mow payout estimates. Final tax forms should be reconciled with Stripe Connect records and a tax professional.
